Ready to be an armchair traveler? While we’re not able to saunter through gorgeous new places this year, you can enjoy virtual visits from the comfort of home. No mask required!
Start in one of England’s Most Romantic Rose Garden, marvel at the stunning floral displays at the Gardens at Waddesdon Manor and wrap it up at Prince Charles’ own, completely sustainable Royal Gardens at Highgrove. Across the Channel, see the inspiration for so much of his painting at Claude Monet’s garden at Giverny.
Back in the U.S., take a visual stroll through the restored Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden in New York. A bit further south explore the extraordinary grounds of the Biltmore Gardens at Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, hear from the caretaker of Washington Park’s Rose Garden and wrap it up with a dip into Descanso Gardens in southern California.
And remember, with armchair travel you don’t have to be concerned with this.
