On October 8, the MRS membership and guests were delighted and enthused by the program presented by Martin Kooi, a great longtime friend of the Society. His hands-on presentation on “Floral Arrangements for the Holidays” reminded all of us how important those wreaths and garlands are for bringing the good cheer of the season into our homes. I think all of the audience left the meeting with ideas percolating in their heads…and a few of us counting down the days until Christmas!
AND MRS members; don’t forget that our annual Harvest Dinner will be happening on Tuesday, November 12 at 6:00 at San Rafael Joe’s in downtown San Rafael. The dinner choices are delectable, and we all know the company will be wonderful, so we are looking forward to seeing everyone at the year’s biggest celebration.
