Although Gregg is no stranger to those of us in the rose world, he says about himself:  “I have been a passionate gardener and collector of plants for the past 40 years. My collection of historic roses formed the basis of a nursery I developed and managed for 30 years. The preservation of historic rose cultivars and wild roses is my principal cause. To this end I lecture around the world and the USA on roses, their history, their value to gardens and their potential to improve the lives of ordinary people.”
