Come learn 2 basic styles of arranging – A Traditional Line Design and an East Asian (Ikebana) Design – with fellow rosemaniacs and arrangers. You will get to choose 2 different containers to make 2 beautiful arrangements to take home, display, and brag about. Instructors include Arrangement Judges Barbara Gordon, Cherry Hoover, and Lesa Lane, Horticulture
Judge Rebecca Shaw, and Arranger Extraordinaire Penny Chwalowski from the Sacramento Rose Society.

NCNH District will provide the classroom, roses, line material and greenery, containers/vases, floral foam, snacks, and bottled water. And of course, there will be handouts! And maybe chocolate.

You need to bring more roses/flowers/greenery from your yard (we can’t fit it all in our cars for 25 attendees), your arranging tools (like clippers), lunch/beverages other than water. Come have fun and get your paws dirty.
