“Famous Faces”; roses named for famous or notorious people.  Very few are recently famous – most are movie stars, politicians, opera stars, historical people, Kings and Queens, etc. It is interesting to know who your roses are hanging out with. This presentation will be a departure for Jolene, one of our very favorite presenters.  This is just going to be “fun” although I expect, knowing Jolene, that there will be lots of good advice mixed in with those histories.

Jolene Adams is well-know to all rose growers in California and, really,  the world.   She has been the American Rose Society past president and is the current NCNH District Consulting Rosarian Chair. She is an ARS Master Rosarian, an ARS Horticultural Judge, former president of several rose societies…well the list goes on and on.  What we can say is that her presentations are always a great treat and I hope that everyone can join!
