Come and learn about about the diseases and insect pests particular to our area, and how to prevent those problems before they take over your roses. Many pesticides can do more harm than good. We will show you how to keep your roses in top form with pruning, fertilizing and watering advice that works where we live.

Suzanne, program manager for ‘Our Water Our World’, works as an environmental educator, teaching the principles of Integrated Pest Management for sustainable, eco-friendly pest management around the home and garden. Suzanne has worked as a professional gardener for over 20 years. She is an IPM Advocate, a ReScape (Bay Friendly) Qualified Land-scaper, QWEL certified, a Master Composter. Through her website, https://www.plantharmony.org/, she loves teaching folks how to grow bountiful gardens that are also safe and healthy for you, your family, and the environment!
