On Tuesday, August 12, at the Marin Art and Garden Center, the Marin Rose Society is delighted to welcome Kou from the Hida Tool & Hardware Company in Berkeley.  Most members are familiar with their high-quality Japanese tools for gardening and other applications, and Kou will not only be explaining many of the gardening implements that they have, but will also offer a sharpening service.  Better yet, there will be tools and implements on sale to purchase at a discount from their usual price.
